Larry and Christine Hinrichs have been residents of the Brier Community since 1984. They also have been proud owners of Brier Realty since they opened the company in their family room in 1986. The company grew to include over forty sales associates and office support staff during the past 38 years. More than 4200 residential sales were closed during the company history. The great majority of new home subdivisions within the city of Brier were developed under the supervision of Brier Realty associates.
Christine is now fully retired. Larry continues to enjoy real estate related consulting work from their new home office location at 22925 Brier Rd. His background includes real estate finance, residential real estate listing and sales, residential property management, Notary Public service, land development and Estate Planning reports. He maintains a quality referral network of residential real estate professionals.
